On a transactional basis, I completed my PCC training with Ujjaval and have been in continuous contact with him since then. However, the transformation I experienced during and after the training, and continue to feel whenever I am in his presence, is beyond words. It’s a bond that I cherish on an energetic level.
I deeply admire his openness in sharing every bit of knowledge with his fellows. The authenticity and psychological safety in relationships that I had always longed for, I experienced firsthand in his cohort. As the saying goes, transformation starts from the top down, and Ujjaval leads by embodying every principle within himself.
Before meeting Ujjaval, I had begun to feel that authenticity held no value in today’s world. I had started to feel that everything around everyone was fake. Truly speaking, he helped restore my faith in humanity.
Some of his one-liners continue to be my guiding light:
- "When purpose becomes bigger, identity shift becomes easy."
- "There is a difference between To be a coach and Being a Coach."
