At Ujjaval Buch – We are dedicated to delivering exceptional value through our executive coaching services, live courses, and digital learning programs. To ensure transparency and maintain the quality of our offerings, we request you to carefully read the following refund policy.

Refund Eligibility

Initial Consultation:
The initial consultation fee is non-refundable, as it involves a personalized evaluation to design your coaching journey.

Coaching Packages & Live Courses:
All purchases of coaching packages and live courses are final. Once payment is completed, no refunds will be issued.

Application Rejection:
If your application for coaching or course enrollment is rejected by our team, you will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

Refund Request Process

To submit a refund request (applicable only in the event of application rejection), follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at [email protected] with your full name, contact information, proof of payment, and the reason for your request.

  2. Review:
    Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days. Additional information may be requested if needed.

  3. Approval & Issuance:
    If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once issued.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Attended Coaching Sessions:
    Fees for completed sessions are non-refundable.

  • Digital Products (e.g., E-books, Online Materials):
    Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

  • Custom Programs:
    Coaching programs tailored to individual needs are non-refundable once initiated.

  • Live Courses
    No refunds will be granted after the course has commenced, regardless of participation.

International Payment Terms

For international payments:

  • Any fees related to currency conversion or bank charges will be deducted from the refund.

  • We are not liable for exchange rate fluctuations or charges applied by your financial institutions.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Rescheduling:
    Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule a session or transfer course dates. We will accommodate them subject to availability.

  • Late Cancellations:
    Cancellations made within 24 hours of a session or course will not be refunded or rescheduled.
