The founder of Human Connections HR Consulting LLP and United Minds offering a range of services to corporate clients focusing on leadership development, organizational development interventions, executive coaching, and change management interventions.

At a personal level, I’m deeply engaged in the study of systems thinking, human behavior, and the intriguing intersections of science, human flourishing, and spirituality.

Professionally, my work revolves around coaching, fostering meaningful conversations, enhancing organizational culture, and managing experiences. Rooted in systems thinking, I specialize in facilitating evidence-based changes in ownership, performance, productivity, and engagement levels.

Since 2012, coaching has been my passion. Guiding senior executives, CXOs, families, and promoters on their transformative journeys, witnessing their progression towards purpose amidst overcoming fears and concerns, has been profoundly rewarding.

In my endeavors in leadership development, I’ve come to appreciate the significance of authentic conversations. This insight led to the development of my flagship practice, where structured conversations based on models like 3C, 5E, and CARE have positively impacted over 7000 participants.

Recognizing the pivotal role of culture augmentation and renewal in organizational success, my team and I work collaboratively with entire organizational systems to foster cultures of connection, upskilling, and positive employee experiences, ultimately enhancing their standings in assessments such as Great Place To Work.

My inspirations stem from spiritual masters like Sri Ramana Maharishi, Nisargdatta Maharaj, Ramakrishna Paramhansa, and esteemed mentors such as Ram Ramanathan, Cindy Mutukarapan from Coacharya, and Dr. Srikumar Rao of the Rao Institute. Beyond my professional pursuits, I’m known for my passion for reading, recommending books, and sharing humor.

Credentialed as a Master Certified Coach and Advanced Certified Team Coach by the ICF, I’m also in pursuit of certification as ‘an instrument’ from the universe. Continuously evolving my understanding and practice, I’m currently exploring the concept of ‘presencing’ as introduced in Theory U – leading from the emerging future.

Everyone has a potential to find the answers – either from within or from somewhere/someone. Sometimes that potential is covered by low intention/low self-image or low visibility towards the exciting future. Our coaching approach with clients first helps uncover that potential, then excitement about the future which is much better than ‘today’ and charting out a journey with sustainable micro-actions towards that future. The gap between intention and realization of goal is action which we ensure that our process driven approach brings as core focus.

When the coach is by your side, you can feel psychologically safe (which helps you to open up) and you’re ready to look at X-ray rather than photograph in a non-judgemental manner (which helps you to be vulnerable). Conversations will provide multiple openings to look within, see what is there, take charge and accept (even those ugly looking aspects) to move forward (without guilt of the past) and create a better and brighter future.

In summary, our coaching approach is based on your readiness to make your future better than the present without carrying forward the burden of the past. If you’re fully intentional, our process efficiency can propel you to take actions and with support of full intentions, actions will take you where you want to reach.
